3. Orders
MIA MAIA reserves the rights to refuse orders, when (1) your order is out of stock; (2) your card issuer reject an authorization request or (3) there are error in product or pricing information. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and specifying the details such as product, color and quantity. This email is only an acknowledgement for information purposes, which is not concludes the contract between you and MIA MAIA.
The contract become effective, only after those products listed in the dispatch confirmation email.

4. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are in HKD Dollars. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that visitors can first select your country from the list of countries or languages. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The HKD price of a product displayed on site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in the case of patent error.
If you are a customer whose credit card is denominated in any other currency than HKD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items. Once an item has been purchased whether online or in-store, no price adjustment will be offered. Prices between stores and online may vary. We do not offer price adjustments on this variance.
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for delivery email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

Payment can be made through Alipay, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. MIA MAIA will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. Users must confirm that they are the owner of Alipay/ Paypal account or credit/debit card, or you have been specifically authorized by the owner of Alipay/ Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If card issuer refuses to authorize payment to MIA MAIA, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-deliver.
To ensure the safety of your data and securing your payment information is key importance when shopping online so we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your details. If you are a registered MIA MAIA user, we will keep your credit/debit card details in our system. This information is encrypted in a secure host environment.

7. Delivery
The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused because of such delay.
